Please telephone the surgery on 0208 892 8124 to make an appointment. Alternatively you can register to book your appointments online.
Please Note: Between 07:30 – 08:00 & 18:30 – 19:00 the practice runs a limited service for patients pre-booked appointments only.
The practice phone lines are answered between 08:00 & 18:30. (Practice phone lines will close between 13:00 – 14:00 daily)
We are participating in in the extended hours to improve you access to doctors.
This will mean that we have appointments available early morning and evenings for you to book between 07:30 – 08:00 & 18:30 – 19:00.
Although any patient can book these appointments, we feel that they would mostly benefit those who have to commute or cannot for any other reason get the surgery during our normal hours.
We try hard to keep our appointments running to time and ask you to be punctual to help us achieve this. If you cannot keep an appointment for whatever reason please let us know ASAP so that it can be allocated to someone else.
Please try to make sure you arrive in good time for your appointment, taking into account journey times when booking appointments and planning your arrival.
We do understand that an occasional delay is unavoidable therefore if you arrive within a reasonable time of your appointment then clinician will see you.
We allow patients to be seen if they arrive within 10 minutes of their appointment time.
Arrivals after these times are seen at the discretion of the clinician, although patients will generally be asked to rebook.
Late arrivals that lead to cancellation cause an appointment to be wasted which could have otherwise been used. It is important that you arrive on time. Please also remember that one patient's late arrival can have knock on effects on other patients appointment times, causing the Doctors to run late. Thank you for your co-operation in this matter.
Each appointment is for one person only.
If you have an urgent problem that cannot wait until the following day you will be offered an emergency appointment. It may not be possible to book this with your usual doctor but you will be able to see another doctor or perhaps a nurse.
Appointments can be prebooked (up to 2 weeks in advance). There are always appointments available on the same day but you need to phone the surgery soon after 8am to book one of these.
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve patient satisfaction we have installed an automated check-in screen which will allow patients to check in without having to queue at reception. This is located on the wall on the left side of the reception hatch.
The system is simple to use. Just touch the screen at clearly marked places to identify yourself using a combination of GENDER and DATE OF BIRTH. Your appointment will be confirmed on screen and your doctor or nurse will know you are waiting.
If you have any problems with the new system or if you need to speak to a member of staff you can of course go to Reception as usual and we would be happy to help.
